End of Season One
Shane: Hi everyone, this is Decoding NF.
As I've mentioned a few times on this show already, Decoding NF is a one man show. I research, schedule, interview, write, edit, and market every episode on my own. It's a labor of love that has enriched my life so much over the past year, and I couldn't be happier with how it's turned out and how it's been received by all of you.
I've learned so much, gotten wonderful feedback, and received so much positivity. As you may have noticed though, it's been a while since I posted an episode. Events in my life have conspired to keep me very busy, to say the least, and it has made getting an episode polished and posted very difficult. I have multiple interviews recorded, and in various states of editing, And I have some feelers out for additional guests talking about some exciting things in the future, but those interviews have yet to be scheduled.
And the episodes that I have to finish editing have some technical problems that are making them more challenging to get completed than a typical episode would be. So with all that said, I'm calling the six episodes of this year, season one of Decoding NF, and I'm going to take the rest of this year to deal with all of my life stuff, enjoy the holidays,
and start working on season two. I don't have a planned launch date for this new season just yet, but rest assured that as soon as I've nailed down a date, I will post it out on all of the decoding NF social media accounts, and I'll probably drop a little trailer episode into the podcast feed to give you all an idea of when you can expect new episodes and what kind of stuff I have in store for season two.
Just in case anybody is worried, Decoding NF isn't going anywhere. I've learned so much in producing season one, and I'm going to take all of that.
And make season two even better.
